چکیده
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia. Due to multifaceted nature AD pathology and limited understanding its etiology, difficult be treated with currently available pharmaceuticals. Recent studies suggest that transplantation mesenchymal stem cells might have therapeutic potential on several neurodegenerative disorders. In addition, it can ameliorate neuropathological deficits physiological disorders in AD. The current study aims evaluate effect adipose-derived (ADMSCs) rat model after induction AlCl3. After phase, labeled ADMSCs been injected intravenously. Open-field behavioral tests were conducted, serum ?-amyloid levels, cholinesterase activity, brain antioxidant status evaluated. Besides, expression apoptotic necrotic markers was quantified via RT-qPCR tissues. Histopathological alterations examined as well. Signs dementia manifested by recorded rats, accumulation blood, reduced activity both tissues had at end phase. All these partially/fully compensated administration ADMSCs, which proved their ability penetrate blood-brain barrier home molecular mechanism underlying seems correlated reduction neurodegeneration upregulating anti-apoptotic marker (Bcl2) downregulating pro-apoptotic (p53 Bax) factor (Tnfa) simultaneously.

Evaluating the Viability of Adipose Tissue-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Diabetic Culture Media Model
Introduction: In diabetes mellitus, stem cells are exposed to inappropriate conditions such as an increase of glucose in extracellular space, oxidative stress, and deprivation from growth factors (following ischemia). This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of these conditions on stem cells. Methods: Stem cells were isolated from subcutaneous adipose tissue of rats. The cells were maintaine...
متن کاملIsolation, Characterization and Differentiation of Rat Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells
Introduction: Mesenchymal stem cells have the potential of self-renewal and differentiation into different cell types, including blood cells, heart, nerves and cartilage, and have unlimited power for division. These cells can be obtained from cord, before implantation from fertilized cells and also from various tissues of adults although the differentiation power and the ability to reproduce ...

Introduction: Diabetes is rising worldwide and impaired wound healing is one of its major complications. This study aimed to determine the effects of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on wound healing in diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, abdominal adipose tissue was obtained from 10 patients who underwent an abdominoplasty. MSCs were isolated from adi...
متن کاملMesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Rat Epicardial Versus Epididymal Adipose Tissue
Objective(s) Some investigation has indicated that adipose-derived stem cells possess different surface epitopes and differentiation potential according to the localization of fat pad from which the cells were derived. In the present study proliferation capacity and aging of such cells were explored. Materials and Methods Adherent cells were isolated from the collagenase digests of adipose tiss...

Objective(s): It has been shown that adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSC) have protective effects in acute kidney injury (AKI). This study was conducted to assess the therapeutic effects of AD-MSC in rats subjected to acute kidney injury by 45 min of renal ischemia followed by 48 hr of reperfusion (I/R). Materials and Methods:...
